Tampa Bay, Florida — Circular Economy

Plastic waste is the raw material.

We collect post-consumer plastic bags, recycle them into clean pellets, and manufacture new biodegradable bags — all under one roof. From landfill-bound waste to a product that returns to the earth within 24 months.

100 billion plastic bags consumed in the U.S. every year.

70% of consumers want to recycle them.

But there aren't enough facilities to do it.

Only 2% of plastic bags are ever recycled.

Nobody wants them.

We do.

Three problems. One facility solution.

We manage the entire lifecycle of sustainable plastics. From collecting post-consumer waste to manufacturing of truly biodegradable plastic bags, our facility is designed to solve the plastic crisis through advanced circular integration.

True Circular Economy

We close the entire loop. Post-consumer bags come in, get washed, ground, and pelletized, then go right back out as new bags. Every bag we produce diverts waste from Florida's overwhelmed landfills.

Biodegradable by Design

Our bags will integrate a next-generation biodegradable composite into the blown-film extrusion process.

Made in America

Most plastic bags in U.S. stores are manufactured overseas. We build domestic manufacturing capacity using recycled American waste — creating local jobs and keeping both plastic and dollars from leaving the country.

Step 01

Collection & Sorting

We partner with retailers, municipal programs, and waste haulers across the Tampa Bay region to collect post-consumer HDPE and LDPE plastic bags and films. Materials are sorted and inspected at our facility to ensure quality feedstock for the recycling process.

Step 02

Wash, Grind & Pelletize

Collected bags go through an industrial washing line to remove contaminants, labels, and residues. Clean material is then ground into uniform flakes and fed into an extruder that melts them down into recycled pellets — the raw material for new production runs.

Step 03

Extrusion & Biodegradable Manufacturing

Using blown-film extrusion technology, we manufacture new bags from our recycled pellets blended with a biodegradable composite. The finished product is a high-performance bag — indistinguishable from virgin material — that fully biodegrades within 2 years.
