Most plastic bags in U.S. stores are manufactured overseas. We build domestic manufacturing capacity using recycled American waste — creating local jobs and keeping both plastic and dollars from leaving the country.
We partner with retailers, municipal programs, and waste haulers across the Tampa Bay region to collect post-consumer HDPE and LDPE plastic bags and films. Materials are sorted and inspected at our facility to ensure quality feedstock for the recycling process.
Collected bags go through an industrial washing line to remove contaminants, labels, and residues. Clean material is then ground into uniform flakes and fed into an extruder that melts them down into recycled pellets — the raw material for new production runs.
Using blown-film extrusion technology, we manufacture new bags from our recycled pellets blended with a biodegradable composite. The finished product is a high-performance bag — indistinguishable from virgin material — that fully biodegrades within 2 years.

Our bags utilize cutting-edge Biotransformation technology: a time-controlled process ensuring our plastic performs perfectly during use, but fully mineralizes in the natural environment, leaving no microplastics behind.
When exposed to the elements (sunlight, air, and moisture), a specialized next-gen additive triggers a chemical change. It transforms the tough plastic structure into a bioavailable wax.
Naturally occurring bacteria and fungi then "eat" this wax, fully mineralizing the material into CO2, water, and biomass in under one year. Unlike older technologies, this process leaves behind zero microplastics.
Our bags are engineered with a "dormancy period." As long as they are stored in standard warehouse conditions (protected from direct UV light and extreme heat), they will maintain 100% of their strength and performance for at least 12 months.
During their active service life, these bags are fully compatible with standard HDPE/LDPE recycling streams. They only begin to transform if they are littered or end up in an unmanaged environment.
